Simultaneously challenging and encouraging. The author doesn’t resort to guilt tactics, rather she inspires the reader to a deeper, more meaningful life than seeking personal comfort and avoiding risk. This is one to read slowly and “chew on.” I’ll need to return for a second or third read; I feel like there’s much more wisdom to be gained, here.
This quick, intensely practical read will help teachers adapt their teaching practices to a 1:1 setting. However, it will also be helpful for a teacher looking for new ideas for how to incorporate technology and devices in a classroom setting while keeping students engaged in the task at hand.
Good, practical book about how to manage change in the church. A book I imagine I’ll revisit again.
Fascinating to hear some of President Obama’s back story.
I had some frustration with this book at times, but the overall approach is solid and healthy. Definitely a worthwhile resource.
